The Young Progressive announced last night their intention to contact the leaders of other student organizations to see whether they agree with the Progressives' demand that the Navy remove its loyalty pledge requirement for NROTC members.
No concrete program has been formulated as yet, Lowell P. Beveridge '52, Chairman of the Young Progressives, said last night. He said that no program of action would be planned until other groups had been sounded out on the question.
Roy F. Gootenburg '50, Chairman of the Veterans' Committee, said his group would "Investigate to see whether or not there is a case." The Liberal Union will take up the matter Monday.
