The Harvard School of Public Health opens it 1949-50 Public Health Forum series this afternoon with a talk on "The British National Health Service" by Dr. Arthur Leslie Banks, former Principal Medical Officer of Great Britain's Ministry of Public Health.
Dean James S. Simmons announced that the forum will begin at 4:00 p.m. in Amphitheatre C of the Harvard Medical School.
