Approximately 300 Harvard and Radcliffe students of foreign birth will join more than 1400 other foreign students studying in Boston colleges today for the annual Spring Festival of the International Student Association of Greater Boston.

The student chairman of this festival is Oliver de Messieurs 1GD, of France and Lowell House. Several Harvard faculty members and their wives are on the Festival committees.

This year's celebration, to be held at "Ehnwood," in Cambridge, is planned to entertain and thank the citizens of Greater Boston for their hospitality.
