All students living above the ground floor of non-fire proof dormitories (Grays, Hollis, Holworthy, Matthews, Stoughton, Thayer, and Weld) will report to the Indoor Athletic Building between January 9 and January 18 for practice in the use of fire ropes.

Ropes identical to those provided in the dormitories will be hung from the balcony on the fourth floor of the Indoor Athletic Building. Each man will lower himself twice from the balcony to the basketball floor (12 feet).
