The first exhibition of Danish literature at Harvard, including the works of 400 years, went on display yesterday at Houghton Library. The highlight of the exhibit is a first edition of Hans Christian Anderson's "Fairy Tales" loaned to the University by screen and radio actor Jean Hersholt.

Denmark's ambassador to the United States, Henrik de Kauffman, opened the showing. The display celebrated the 150th anniversary of the beginning of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
