Randall Changes View, Will Allow Ralliers to Follow Longer Route

University Police Chief Alvin R. Randall yesterday reversed his decision of three weeks ago and gave the Cheerleaders permission to extend the traditional rally route for the Brown rally with a parade down Massachusetts Avenue.

The new route will take the Band around Widener, out the gate near Lamont Library, and then down Massachusetts Avenue to Holyoke Street, where it will follow the old way.

Head Cheerleader Roger L. Butler '51 also said that John Harvard has consented to speak from the steps of the Indoor Athletic Building for the first take in almost 300 years. The exset nature of his address is still secret.

The rally will feature the usual hand numbers, members of the team, and also a new cheer, the "Skyrocket," which will be accompanied by a now start by the cheerleaders.

Butler also announced that the entire frent of the Blockhouse will be illuminated for the rally.
