Army Puts Three On All-East Team

Unbeaten Army placed three men on the All-East football team picked for the Associated Press by coaches and sports writers yesterday.

Princeton, Ivy League champions, and Pennsylvania each had two men on the honor eleven while the other places went to players from Cornell, Navy, Fordham, and Lehigh.

Army furnished the team's only sophomore, Al Pollard, for fullback, although the six-foot, 190 pounder is not listed as a Cadet starter. End Dan Foldberg and center Elmer Stout were the other West Point representatives.

Another center, Cornell's John Plerik, was chifted to guard by most of the coaches and writers because they felt he couldn't be left out.

Francis Bagnell of Penn and Dick Kazmaier of Princeton, halfbacks, and Richard Doyne of Lehigh, quarterback, round out the backfield.

The rest of the team includes End Al Pfeifer, Fordham, tackles Holland Donan, Princeton, and Paul Totreult, Navy, and guard Bernard Loxonick, Penn.
