The ski team yesterday elected as captain William Stix Wasserman, Jr. '48, of New York City and Leverett House. He succeeds Rodger P. Nordblom '50.
Wasserman has been on the team for two years, after spending a year in France as an exchange student. His specialties are the downhill and slalom. Wasserman took part in the Norweegian nationals in 1947 and formerly competed for the U.S. Army team. Last year he skied in France's fastest downhill race, finishing in the first 20.
