Scully Named Commodore at College Yacht Club Elections

The Harvard Yacht Club last night announced its new officers for the 1950-1951 season. Elected were Frank P. Scully, Jr. '51, Commodore; Tom J. Carroll '52, Vice Commodore; John B. Gardner '51, Secretary; and Phillip W. Smith '51, Treasurer.

Scully replaces Augustus L. Putnam III '50, who was Commodore during the 1949-1950 season. Carroll was elected chairman of the dinghy committee for the New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association early in February.
