Miss Projansky, president of the Radcliffe Student Government in 1948-49 and also a one-time president of the Radcliffe Athletic Association, completed the Radcliffe Management Training Program last June.
As publicity director she will give news releases to the local press and to the home town papers of Annex students, handle public relations, and run the Radcliffe Press Board.
Control over the number of radio and television appearances made by Radcliffe students will also rest with Miss Projansky, as all students wishing to make such appearances must obtain approval from her office.
Miss Norton resigned to accept a position as public relations director of the Boston Y.M.C.A.
