WHRB Schedules Science Thrillers

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Fans of the science fiction "thriller" will be able to hear--starting Monday, October 9 at 9:30 p.m. and continuing every other week thereafter--a new Harvard Radio Network series entitled "Threshold."

The first story WHRB has scheduled for its initial venture into this newly arrived field of radio entertainment is "Mars is Heaven" by Ray Bradbury.

Seek Local Talent

The network's first programs will consist of scripts from anthologies of the best science fiction. WHRB officials are anxious, however, for contributions from local amateur science fiction script writers to.

All interested students are urged by the station to appear for voice trails at their offices between 3 and 5 p.m. any afternoon. Voices will be classified for certain types of parts. Then persons with certain voices can be called when needed for particular roles, which, at the time of classification, may not have been known.
