To the Editors of the CRIMSON:
Had "critic" Ratmer ("Punch, Brother, Punch," CRIMSON 1/11/51) taken the trouble to look into Lament's admirably simple file of its extraordinarily complete periodical holdings, he would have found, under "Punch," that that library has bound copies of the magazine for which he so diligently searched, from 1341, the year in which it was first published, through 1950. The bound copies are to be found conveniently located in the approximate center of the second level stacks, as all "Punch" readers are undoubtedly aware.
With the exception of this regrettable misstatement, Mr. Ratuer's review is fair, albeit somewhat disjointed. Fellx Caye '54
Mr. Cayo is quite correct. The CRIMSON's "Punch" expert chose to attack the problem on the lowest level.
