NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The manslaughter trial of Stanley F. Loeb '54, Lowell House sophomore involved in a recent Framingham traffic fatality, will take place October 31, it was learned yesterday.

Loeb was arraigned on manslaughter charges October 11, following the death of Daniel Richards, aged 50. Richards was struck by Loeb's 1938 Chrysler while crossing Arlington Street, Framingham, on October 8, and died two days later in the Framingham Community Hospital.

Loeb said he did not see the victim in time to prevent his being struck by the car's left front fender.
