Open U. and Closed College worked out on Soldiers Field turf /yesterday in preparation for their big game Saturday.
Coach Dike Hyde of Open was pleased with his group, commenting that the team as a unit showed lots of speed. Hyde said he will use the T-formation exclusively Saturday.
Closed College, which worked at a signal drill yesterday, showed well in all positions. Henry Greenburg, ex-Eliot halfback, and Bob Lown, former Lowell quarterback, were particularly impressive.
