Police Find Three Additional Thefts

Local police yesterday uncovered new thefts at the University, all of which occurred last Saturday. Investigators announced that a camel's hair coat, belonging to a Wellesley student, and a pocketbook were stolen from Lowell. Seven cartons of cigarettes were also stolen from the Kirkland dining hall.

Cambridge investigators, working on the thefts, gave no comment on their progress as of last evening.

The thefts uncovered yesterday add to a list of $1.824 worth of overcoats and accessories stolen Saturday at Lowell and Winthrop.

Brighton police were still baffled yesterday by the disappearance of ten cases of Coca-Cola, 92 bottles of assorted sodas, 87 cans of chocolate syrup, and 37 boxes of popcorn from a concessionaire's booth in the Stadium after the Brown game.

Cambridge police expect more thefts to be uncovered. They think that several men were operating within the University and going to different dining halls.
