Penn R.R. Raises Fares Tomorrow

Men who plan to return home or take Christmas trips west of Chicago and St. Louis on the Pennsylvania Railroad had better buy tickets today before an estimated ten percent increase in fare goes date effect.

Pennsylvania spokesman yesterday emphasized that the increased rates will effect. Only tickets bought for points further west of Chicago and St. Louis, Round trip tickets bought today will save the increase on both coming and going.

Fare increases on other Pennsylvania Ones went into effect at the end of the summer.
