The United States lacks experience in the kind of world leadership demanded of it today, John H. Crider, recently resigned editor of the Boston Herald, said yesterday. Speaking at the Law School Coffee Hour, Crider urged the country to use "all the tricks in the bag" in order to beat the Communists at their own game.

The former Nieman Fellow emphasized the fact that the "religion of Communism can not be defeated with guns."
