World Federalists Meet With Pupils from N.E. High Schools

Secondary school pupils from five New England states will be guests of the World Federalists at the Student Institute on World Federalism to be held here this weekend. Over 90 of the pupils will participate in various discussions and attend a public panel discussion tomorrow afternoon.

The panel debate, which will be held at 2:30 in Sever 11, will have as its feature speaker Quaker Cecil Hinshaw. Its subject will be "Five Foreign Policies for the United States."
