Young Progressives Poll College on UMST, U.S. Policy in Korea

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Young Progressives Club yesterday began circulating a poll in the dining halls asking yes or no answer on four statements and a question on the United States and the Korean situation, "to interest students in these question in the line of peace."

Contrary to claims made by a pollster in the Union, the CRIMSON has absolutely no connection with this poll.

Young Progressives president Lowell P. Beveridge '52 hoped that college results would be taken to Washington next week by the American Peace Crusade.

The poll included statements encouraging United States action to end the Korean war.
