Crimson fencers took fourth in the opee yesterday at the Eastern Intercollegiate Fencing Association Tournament at West Point. The team beat Yale and Princeton and won 21 out of 39 bouts, one bout behind Cornell and Columbia, who tied for third. Navy won handily with 29 bouts.

Captain Joe Overholser qualified for tomorrow night's finals in the epee by defeating two men in a fence-off. Overholser was third in the A-division.

In the incompleted foil event the fencers are about fourth behind Navy. Both the foil and the sabre will be completed tonight.
