Freshman Track Team Opposes Tabor Academy, B.U. at Briggs

The freshman track team will attempt to make up its defeat by Exeter Academy last week in a triangular meet this afternoon against the Boston University freshmen and Tabor Academy at Briggs Cage. Chief opposition to the Yardlings should come from B.U., which is particularly strong in the distance races.

Gil Murray will be out to better his shot put record of 56 feet, two inches, made last week at Exeter. Ty Smith, top freshman hurdler and high jumper, will not compete because of a muscle pull.
