Henry Steele, Commager, professor of history at Columbia, speaks tonight on the "Limitations of the President's Power" at he Harkness Commons in the Graduate center. The program, under he auspices of the Law Forum, begins at 8 p.m.

Mark Dewolf Rowe '28, professor of Law, will introduce Commager.

Commager is co-author with Samuel E. Morison '08, Trumbull Professor of American History, of the "Growth of the American Republic."
