2 Share Sales Prize; Alfred Wins Monthly

The income from the Sales Prize will be divided equally between two winners, Peter Gallo '51 and Michael S. Train '53, Registrar Kennedy announced last night.

The prize is approximately $90, which is offered to the best scholar in Spanish composition "who shall have commenced the study of that language at Harvard College."

The Harvard Monthly Prize will be awarded fro the year 1950-51 to William Alfred 4G, it was announced yesterday.

The stipend, approximately $50, is the income from the fund established in 1932 to commemorate the Harvard Monthly. The prize is awarded to the most promising student in the most advanced course in English composition, English S.
