The Student Council's International Affairs Committee is seeking a student to represent Harvard at the annual conference of World University Service which will be held in Norway this summer, Carl M. Sapers '53, chairman of the I. A. C., announced yesterday.
World University Service, a relief organization, is the only formal international body to which Western student unions belong. Its membership includes student groups from countries in Southeast Asia, the Near and Far East, and the Pacific area.
Sapers said he received a special request from W. U. S. asking that a Harvard student serve as one of the four American delegates.
