Swimmers Expect Little Opposition From Penn in I.A.B. Meet Tomorrow

Weak, weaker, weakest is the order in which the varsity swimming team is taking on its opponents this season, and the first league meet with Pennsylvania tomorrow night should be a push-over for Hal Ulen's varsity.

The varsity contest is scheduled for 8 p.m. in the Indoor Athletic Building. Bill Brooks' freshmen will have no competition until the new term.

Hal Ulen's squad has already defeated M.I.T. and Springfield by lopsided scores. Jack Medica has had less good fortune with his Penn swimmers, who have been defeated, waterlogged, and drowned in that order by Lehigh, La Salle, and Yale.

The feature attraction of the evening will once again be a diving contest between two outstanding competitors, Pete Dillingham of Harvard and Gene Clark of Penn. The event will probably be off the high board--Clark's forte--but the Penn senior managed to run up 113 points once last year in low board competition.
