Debaters Split

Crimson debaters beat Tufts and lost to Holy Cross last night on the question: "Resolved, that Congress should enact a compulsory fair employment practices law." Arguing for the affirmative at Tufts were David L. Rose '53 and Karl Wilbur '55.

Richard S. Rivlin '55 and John A. Goldblatt '55 lost the negative here. Last week the Crimson defeated both colleges on opposite sides of the same question.

The winning argument at Tufts was based on a plan like that of the National Lahor Relations Board, advocating appeal to a judge and decision by a commission, with no jury involved.
