'Cliffe Charities Drive Lasts After Thanksgiving Deadline

Poor soliciting has caused extension of the 'Cliffe Combined Charities Drive scheduled to end at Thanksgiving through December.

One hundred dollars less than last year's total of $1,395,21 has been collected so far. Money already pledged will probably bring the final tally above last year's $1,500.

Eighty per cent of Cabot, Whitman and Briggs have not yet contributed to the Drive. Bertram and Barnard have the bighost number of contributers, but in percentages the co-operatives have given most.
