The building at 14 Plympton St. opens at 7:30 p.m. tonight for the CRIMSON'S winter competition.

Eight weeks of work can net freshmen, sophomores, and juniors some valuable journalistic experience, an intimate view of the University, and an editorship on the CRIMSON. The competition runs into the middle of February, with some time out for Christmas and exam periods.

The news, editorial, photographic, and business boards are open to the first three classes.

For the news board, candidates learn the art of writing concise suibs, interviewing techniques, and long, but punchy stories. Editorials on uatienal and college topics, and play and movie reviews fall to candidates for the editorial board.

The photographic board grounds candidates in the infricacies of the Sirobe and the darkroom while the business board gives competitors a thorough training in the methods of selling ads, selling up male and dummying papers.
