Ten Business School professors will address a Chicago Club Conference on the "Problem of Doubling the Standard of Living in the Next 40 Years" today.

Heading the list are Sumner H. Slichter, Lamont University Professor, Dean David, and Associate Dean Teele. They will debate Slichter's theory that the American standard of living has doubled every forty years for the past century.

David will address a luncheon conference on "The Influence of the Art of Management on the Standard of Living."

This is the second of the three regional conferences sponsored by the Business School clubs. Last March 8 one was held in Washington, D.C., while a June conference will be conducted here.

Other Business School representatives attending include: Myles L. Mace, professor of Business Administration; Dan T. Smith, professor of Finance; and Benjamin M. Selekman, Kirstein Professor of Labor Relations.
