Italian 'Pal' Asks Smith to Write, Keep Friendship

Anybody here seen Smith?

Valeria Valero, the Italian girl shown above against an Alpino background, wants to be his pen pal. It seems that an American named Smith knew her in Oslo last summer and told her he went to Harvard.

So she sent a post card with her picture on it addressed to "Mr. Smith, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts," asking that he write to her. The card was taken to Phillips Brooks House. The picture is large, colored photograph of the girl.

She says that if he doesn't want to write, would he please give her address to one of his friends. The address: P. Costello 51, Torino, Italy.
