Leouard K. Nash '39, assistant professor of Chemistry, will become an associate professor of General Education and of Chemistry, effective July 1, 1953.
Nash has been active in the development of General Education courses in the natural sciences, and originated, with President Conant, Natural Sciences 4. In addition to directing Nat. Sci. 4 this year. Nash also teaches Chemistry 2 and part of Natural Sciences 3.
in the field of productive scholarship, Nash has conducted research in the analytical, chemistry of gaseous systems, and has developed new techniques of gas analysis.
A brilliant scientist, Dr. Nash is well-known in the field for his outstanding work in Gas Analysis.
