All Radcliffe will vote on the issues of the Freshman Register, the compulsory subscription to the Radcliffe News, and the change of the title of the sophomore member of the Council to Electoral Chairman, the 'Cliffe Council decided yesterday.
The vote is scheduled for April 21 and 22. At the next meeting the wording of the ballot will be decided. Council members were instructed to get general college opinion on the question of whether or not to have a Freshman Register next year.
Financially the News could not get along without compulsory subscription, Nancy Fisher '54 stated. Nancy Barrow '53, President of the Council, stressed the importance of the News as the only publication expressing student opinion at the Annex.
The Council discussed various proposals for the Register, but the final decision cannot be made until after the all-college vote.
The Register, containing names and pictures of all Radcliffe freshmen, was published for the first time this year.
