Yard, Blue Track Teams Meet Here

The Yardling track team will be out to complete an undefeated outdoor season today when they take on the Yale cubs in the Stadium at 1:30 p.m. The Elis also sport an undefeated record and have already beaten the Crimson freshmen indoors, 58-50.

Bob Rittenberg will lead the Yardlings, but will need some strong support from Stretch Hayes, Lee Hurd, Alan Howe, Paul Grand, Dave Ingle, Bill Chrisman, Pete Coker, and company to upset the Eli freshmen.

Yale comes here fresh from decisively trouncing Princeton. Bob Stevens, top Blue distance man, appears to have a good chance to pick up two firsts, while Doug Graham may be able to give Rittenberg some trouble in the hurdles. Eli sprinters Henry Thresher, Red Frantz, and Larry Reno should be able to score heavily in both the 100 and 220.

Dudley Uphoff, one of the Yardlings top distance men, will be out of the meet with an injured leg, but otherwise the Crimson will be in good shape.
