Graduate Schools Elect Councilmen

Graduate School Student Council President William Rosen 4G announced last night the election of 15 new members after light balloting yesterday and Thursday. The new representatives will take office after meeting with the old Council Wednesday night.

Six of those elected are from the School of Arts and Sciences, with three each from the Schools of Public Administration and Design, two from the School of Education, and one from the Divinity School.

The new delegates are: R. Wallace Brown 1P.A., Stewart G. Bryant 2G.S.D., Robert E. Burns 1G, Robert H. Dix 1G, David R. Gardner 1P.A., Abdul R. A. Al-Habeeb 1G, Marvin W. Herrick 1G.Ed., and Violet Kugris 1G.Ed.

Other are: Jean Matter 1G, Rudolph W. Nemser 3Div., Margaret Pfau 2G, Charles Stastny 2G, Robert C. Stender 1P.A., Eugene D. Wheeler 1G.S.D., and Thomas D. Ward 1G.SD

A 16th seat on the Council will go to a member with special duties on the National Student Association Committee. Henry Stengel 3G and Donald J. Young 3G are in the running for this post and final results will be announced at Wednesday night's meeting, the final one of the spring term.
