University students from the Young Democrats Club will run a test canvass on behalf of the Democratic ticket Thursday evening, Douglas Hobbs '55, Chairman of the Young Democrats' canvassing committee, announced last night.

Some 20 volunteers, from both the University and Radcliffe, will work in Ward 4, which is in the Brattle St. area. From the results of the test canvass, the Young Democrats will decide where to concentrate their pre-election campaigning.
