To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

Your article on the projected Radcliffe Young Republican Club - Students for Democratic Action forum was grossly incorrect. the original arrangement was that S.D.A. was to invite the speakers agreed upon by the two clubs, and R.Y.R.C. was to handle the publicity. The Republican speaker invited refused on the grounds that he is not taking any part in political activity this year. S.D.A. then asked R.Y.R.C. to get the Republican speaker. Two men were invited, one of whom said simply that he did not were wish to participate and the other that he would have liked to take part in the forum but that he felt he didn't have time before Christmas to prepare a talk. The clubs then decided to drop the project for the present as the time remaining was too short for adequate preparation. Adrionne T. Ellefson   Presdient, R.Y.R.C.
