Yardling Swimmers, Wrestlers To Risk Marks Against Exeter

Two Yardling teams will try to preserve unbeaten records--both against Exeter. Bill Brooks' swimming team travels to Exeter for a 3 p.m. meet; Joe Maras' freshman wrestlers play host to Exeter's matmen, also at 3 at the IAB.

The wrestling team is undefeated and unscored upon in four starts. Hank Brawley, recently advanced to the starting 147-pound post, will try to help preserve the mark.

Captain Dave Hawkins will lead the swimmers, unbeaten in five meets, in what Brooks thinks will be "a really tought battle." Exeter is strong in diving events, he added and the final relay may decide the meet. All 17 men on the squad will make the trip.
