Houses Allow Women Today Without Sign-in

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Housemasters have relaxed the customary sign-in regulations so that undergraduates may take women to their rooms without signing the House register today.

This softened ruling comes as a special feature of the Yale weekend. Houses still require that students notify the House office if they plan parties larger than six, however. Normally, the parietal rules require undergraduates to re-sign the register every time they take women to a new room.

Women will be allowed in most Houses from 10:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., when the dances begin.
