HUERA to Comment Soon on Wray Charge

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Francis McNamara, president of the Harvard University Employees Representative Association, refused to comment yesterday on charges that the HUERA's officers have shown "little interest" in the present maid situation.

He said, however, that he would release a statement Monday after the executive board discusses Donald G. Wray's resignation from the board. The former janitors' representative quit Wednesday after sharply criticizing the present HUERA officers.

In a letter to McNamara, Wray accused the officers of "not living up to the Constitution and By-Laws," and having a "lack of interest in the present crisis."
