The trial of Leon J. Kamin '49 for contempt of Congress will resume Monday morning, Judge Balley Aldrich '28 informed defense and prosecution attorneys yesterday. The trial has been delayed more than a week because of a crowded court schedule.
Judge Aldrich has allotted three hours to the case, one in the morning and two in the afternoon. When the trial resumes, prosecuting attorney John M. Harrington, Jr. Will continue presenting the government's evidence.
