NCAA Makes Special Ruling for O'Malley

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The surprise decision permitting Terry O'Malley to play against Michigan last night came after a special meeting of the NCAA Eligibility Committee yesterday afternoon.

Two weeks ago deRappard had been declared eligible for tournament competition by Victor O. Schmidt, chairman of the NCAA eligibility committee.
