Students Support Hungarian Effort By Sending Cable

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A branch of the National Student Association located in Cambridge has cabled "good luck" mesages to the students of Hungary and Poland in their agitation for improved educational conditions.

The NCA's International Commission, which claims several University students as members, sent to Hungary "sincere wishes of American students for the success of Hungarian student demands for more educational freedom, improved conditions of study, freedom of travel, and access to information."

A message was also sent to Polish students last week in connection with the creation of Wladyslaw Gomulka's national communist government. The note expressed congratulations for the goals which were realized in the change, and wished success to the students in their attempts to construct an educational system controlled from within Poland.
