Squash Loss, 4-1

The varsity squash team went down to its second defeat of the season yesterday, losing to the Union Boat Club, 4 to 2. Charles Poletti, number 5 man, was the only Crimson player to salvage a win.

Hampered by the sickness of its two top players, the varsity was hard-pressed to come up with even one victory. Jerry Emmett, who moved up to the number one spot in place of the ailing Larry Sears, lost to Henry Foster, 3 to 0. Poletti's win was by a narrow 3 to 2 margin.

The loss evened up the Crimson's season record at two wins and two defeats. Last week it had beaten the Harvard Club, 4 to 1.
