The freshman hockey and basketball teams will be out to improve their respective records today.
The freshman hockey team, which succumbed to post-exam stupor in losing its first game of the season to Brown last Saturday, will be looking for its seventh win when it faces the St. Paul's School varsity at Watson Rink today at 3:45 p.m.
Unless the Yardling sextet can regain the offensive strength which enabled it to score an average of over five goals per game before the 3 to 2 defeat by Brown, they should find the annually powerful St. Paul's team a difficult match.
The basketball team will face Tabor Academy in a game at Marion, Mass., today. The probable lineup will be Lanny Keyes, center; Dave Scott and Dave Grayer, forwards; Mike Donahue and Dave Peterson, guards. High scorers this season are Donahue and Grayer, averaging 13 points each, and Captain Scott, 11 points.
