Two of the biggest, twistingest blasts so far this month will take place tonight at 7:30 p.m., as the CRIMSON opens its winter competition for all boards. All interested journalists-to-be are cordially invited to share in the free beer (Coke for the uninitiated) and conviviality at the CRIMSON building, 14 Plympton St.
Competitions will open for places on the news, editorial, photographic, and business boards. Tonight and tomorrow editors will tell of their experiences on the various boards in an attempt to help undecided candidates figure out which sounds more titillating.
CRIMSON competitions generally last from seven to eight weeks, most of which are spent talking to fascinating people, flying over to the Continent, and in other such pastimes. Most Crimes claim that their grades have gone up since they joined grades have gone up since they joined the CRIMSON. Heh heh.
This will be the last chance to try out for the CRIMSON until March. Don't wait. Be the first in your entry to go out for the CRIMSON.
