Kaysen Selected As New Associated Dean

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Carl Kaysen, professor of Economics, will fill the newly-created position of associate Dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration. J. Stefan Dupre, instructor in Government, has been named Secretary of the School.

David E. Bell, former Secretary, left recently to become Director of the U.S. Bureau of the Budget.

Kaysen commented last night that the creation of his post was a result of a reshuffling of functions following Bell's departure. He said that he will concentrate on long-range problems, while Dupre's duties will be largely administrative.

The new associate Dean will work with Dean Don K. Price on the development of educational policy.
