LIVE UPDATES: Pro-Palestine Protesters Begin Encampment in Harvard Yard
The Harvard Rugby varsity blasted Montreal's Barbarians 29-0 Saturday in one of the most impressive displays of offensive power in Harvard rugby history.
Playing into the wind in the first half, the Crimson managed to come up with only one try. In the second half, though, Harvard couldn't score fast enough.
Wings John Damis and Jim Reark accounted for five of the tries on classic scoring plays which involved passing the ball all the way down the scrum. Ian Paisley-Taylor scored one try, and Jim Beery and Ron Juvonen picked a try apiece from the interior part of the scrum.
Keith Julian added 11 points with conversions and tries.
