PBH Will Continue Aid to Reservations

The Phillips Brooks House cabinet voted unanimously last night to renew the American Indian Project for 1962-64. Stephen L. Bayne '64, who directed the project last year, praised the program as an effective "catalyst" on the tribal communities, victims of widespread juvenile delinquency, adult apathy, and alcoholism.

During the summer of '63, 21 student volunteers of the American Indians Project worked on ten reservations, organizing recreation programs, working on community projects and camp programs, and teaching.
