Marked apathy characterized yesterday's election of representatives to the Harvard Council of Undergraduate Affairs.

In Quincy House, no one bothered to run In Eliot, Kirkland, and Winthrop Houses, only one candidate ran, and each House chose to waive elections. Voting in the other Houses was limited to on half of those eligible.

Adams House elected Richard C. Minzner '65 over Peter H. Weiner '66 Dudley House elections, held earlier in the week, gave an HCUA seat to Steven P. Josephs '65. In the hottest contest. Dunstar House chose Reed H. Ellis '65 over Frank O'Toole '66, a strong opponent of the HSA.

Running unopposed in Kirkland House was Michael E. Abram '66, a former Council representative. Sanford J. Ungar '66 won uncontested in Winthrop House. Leverett House witnessed a tight battle between William J. Billick '65 and Evan Davis '66, with Billick winning by a small margin.

John R. (Rusty) Taylor '65 captured the Lowell House seat on the Council with little trouble. John P. Russo '65 won the uncontested seat in Eliot House.
