David C. McClelland, professor of Psychology, will speak this afternoon in the Behavioral Science Lecture Series on the topic "A Psychologist Looks at Economic Development." He will speak in Burr B at 4 p.m.

Edwin E. Moise, James Bryant Conant Professor of Education and Mathematics, will speak Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. on "Reflections on the Intellectuality of Foreigners and Children" in Burr B.

On Thursday evening at 8:15 p.m., Francis Keppel '38, U.S. Commissioner of Education, will address the 37th Annual Harvard Summer School Conference on Educational Administration. The two-day conference will be held at the Harvard Business School.
